It’s been a while since I last raised my voice through this blog.
The Februarian month spent on the road - or, on the rail road, to be precise - was wonderful in many ways. Amsterdam always seems to want to keep me there for longer than I have the privilege to stay. A vibrant, joyous and alive city, it is.
Paris offered all sorts of pleasures to indulge in. Not a very good place to practice asceticism…
Berlin was full of multi cultural gems, available to anyone who knows where to look, and practically hidden to those who come there for the first time without knowing anyone “on the inside”. It’s kind of like an amazing product, which is sold by someone who really needs the money, but who doesn’t actually want you to buy their stuff.
And London - my second (third? fourth?) home - turned out to be the high point of my Europe tour. Wouldn’t be able to explain it here even if I tried, so I’ll just give you one word:
MMI. (If that means anything to you.)
I have been back home in Sweden for a couple of months now. Back and forth to Stockholm a few times. Attended Ängsbacka Yoga & Dance Easter festival.
But mostly I’ve disciplined myself to actually stay in the city where I live for a while, and get things going here. In Örebro, Sweden. Dig where I stand, so to speak.
Here is a list of some successes I’ve enjoyed since I got back:
Bollywood Blast & Kathak Dance

I’ve started teaching Kathak and Bollywood dance workshops in Örebro every Saturday, together with a friend. For more info about that, click here (Facebook event) or here (flyer and info). Or click the Bollywood Blast & Kathak Dance link on the right, here in this blog.
To quote my Bollywood partner in crime, Josefin Wikström:
“Tie your turban, wax your moustache, polish you bells - and join this spring’s hottest dance event!”
DansJAM

On Friday evenings I lead a 5Rhythms inspired DansJAM - “Somewhere between dance meditation and the world’s best clubbing evening!” - and the response has been incredible. Everyone I speak to says that this is exactly what they’ve been longing for. So, it is my duty to share these gifts with the world. ;)

Intuitive Aroma Oil Massage

I have practically quit my home massage practice, and I’m now working at Naturligtvis Eco (a holistic yoga/massage/eco hair dresser salon) in Örebro, offering Intuitive Aroma Oil Massage, as well as Energy Boost treatments for companies.
The newest news is that me and my dear friend Helen Karlsson have founded a women’s group ~ Samasati ~ Women’s Temple -
Samasati means “remember who you are”. We come together in compassion, love and unity, without judging or competing, to grow and be inspired to living life to the fullest! Through dancing, touch, massage, conscious conversation and other juicy practices we dive deeper into the feminine mystery… and come closer to the Woman/Goddess/Lioness we truly are. ♥ ♥
Contact me or visit the ~ Samasati ~ facebook page to request to join.
In love, always. /Ronja
